Elites 2 help Troops 1 close with enemy with the Fast Attack 1 ravenwings meant to give quick support where required. Elites 3 dreadnought is meant to do mid ranged attacks with Troops 2. tiny sam Posted October 18, 2010 Share Posted October 18, 2010 try giving a heavy Badabb Black wash to these metal part it realy help getting out all of the detail and it's a good way to enhance the general quality of a model. try to dip you paint brush in wather to thin down your paint, it realy help preventing the blobing effect we see in some model. Good Job in general! just pay attention to small details like the inside part of the chainsword of the first "default" assault guy. and Finaly I found somone else who pays flamers to his assault squad! If you do one of the knee pads in the red, it will break up the silver overload on the lower half of the marine, and balance out the color. Hubernator Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 While your red looks quite nice, the silver looks patchy and a bit scuffed up. Whether this is intentional or not, you've not stated. The dreadnought is almost exempt from this since that looks fully done in most places. Otherwise the silver needs some touching up to look whole.
