Ash Tekka
I was wondering if anyone has used the "winter effects kit" by scene-a-rama? They sell it at Hobby Lobby and frequently have coupons for 40% that would make it ~$6. The description on the site is as follows: "This Winter Effects Accent Kit includes all you need to create snow or ice effects to your diorama, school project or art project. With this kit, some of the effects you can create are snow drifts, light snow dustings, icicles and glaciers. The kit includes: snow base, release paper, ice effects, sifter, snow flakes, foam brush, stir stick and easy instructions." just wondering if anyone else has tried it before I give it a shot.
