araekyus Posted October 20, 2010 Share Posted October 20, 2010 Thought id share this with you all. The idea for this guy came up as i was rummaging through my countless boxes of bits and minis. Had some beakies sitting around, found the old heavy bolter sitting in my bitz box, figured, 'hey! that would look really good on one of my old marines!' so, after a quick trip down memory lane and an hour of time, this is the result: I'll get him painted up hopefully soon and if im am satisfied with the result, 9 more may follow. His backpack had to loose an exhaust vent to fit the HB. I will most likely make some kind of harness attachment thing out of plasticard to tidy it up. (No, i havent abandoned my MK 8 Botherhood, i just i didnt match up a color right and had to strip the 6 i was working on to go with the lot in my album) as always, c+c welcome!
