tahrikmili
Ok so I ordered this model on whim.. http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m1250003_99060107046_INQDHInqrimoiremain_445x319.jpg I realize it's not EXACTLY power armor.. but if I exchange the Bolter with a Combi-Melta and add a Backpack to the figure.. Get rid of the inquisition heraldrt.. and the bionic left arm could count as digital weapons.. Wouldn't it make an awesome pre-mutilation Tycho?.. jbarket
Great idea. I think that model would make a fantastic pre-mutation Mephiston too.
tahrikmili
How hard do you guys reckon would it be to add a backpack to this model? Thats my chief concern..
jbarket
I'd have to see him from the side to really guess. I would try to model it so that you can just sort of see it in the area between his back and the cloak, like the cloak is over it, if that makes sense. You might even be able to cut up a backpack and save yourself some time by just doing partial green stuff plus the vent part of a backpack or whatever. skawolf
I have painted this model before (I did it for a friend about 8 years ago I think), as far as I remember his cape is fairly flat on the back. I would just build up a rectangle out of green stuff and glue a backpack to it. It shouldn't take very long or be to terribly difficult.
Kurb
I bet the little wing with a blood drop bit from the DC box would cover that I beltbuckle nicely.
