tiny sam
might want to blend the fire up to white if we look to real flame it's brighter. http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs9/i/2006/145/e/c/Fire_Sword_ID_by_Chimeara_.jpg never like that he-man head befor now... good job! (Can we get other angle?)
Maddog176
Yeah i tried having more white in the flame, but for some reason with white it looks fake so opted to end with that i have as it seems to look more "real" then using real colours. As for the head it always reminded my of Conan a bit  , suppose that would technically make him Conan the Blood Angel. Anyway here are some more angles http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4072/5134237313_b53f1495d6.jpg http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4112/5131149033_bb4b8464ee.jpg http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4059/5131149031_14542bbb2a.jpg
fivepointedstar
I like it a lot, but you might want to bore out the gun tips for full effect other than that is fine, and nice painting by the way. with the He-man head really gave a a lot of ideas to some folks on where to use it now good job. zyx
Hail, I would try and add more atmosphere to the model, and I think it needs to be focused on the sword. I feel like it needs to have a darker hilt and blade, the fire, while well done, seems out of place coming out of a nice polished blade.
Maddog176
I tried to make it blend in a little bit more by using the red wash over the blade as well, problem is red over silver = pink, so have to do quite a few layers. After that tho the blade just looked red and not really like a blade so much so sort of ended up where it is, i could play around more and was thinking of it, but i don't' want to mess the whole thing up and can't really think of what to do to fix it. The Hilt was to sort of blend in or add with the gold on his chest and gun.
Surreal Cruelty
Try using Gryphonne Sepia and black wash on the blade, make it look like the metal is carbonizing. If you want to get a better idea of what I mean, take a stainless steel spoon and hold it over a lighter or flame for a few seconds. Some use that trick for multi-meltas and flamers to make them look less "new and shiney" Over all a good model. Librarian Schwarzenegger just needs an Emperor's Children Thulsa Doom as a rival.
