Was reading the dex and cooking up some terminator goodness with a priest, however reading the entry i'm seeing

Replace all wargear with terminator armour, Chalice of blood, and a power sword.

Does this mean that you don't get a stormbolter? Silly question but i would've figured since he's got a bolt pistol the chalice isnt that frigin heavy!

Well tbh if he's in term armour he should really be with assault terms in a LR, so the 2 shots wont be a big deal.

However, an extra 35 points, he gets the 2+ 5++ and a power weapon - not a bad trade off vs his 3+ and bolt pistol/cc weap.

For 35 if he got a SB would be a bit over powered lol!

hardly... 35 points is a rediculous amount of points to pay for these upgrades on a single wound model! thats almost as much as a full terminator! a dstorm bolter is never going to brake the game on a single model. I never give sang priests this upgrade it is utterly overpriced. SW Wolfguard get the same upgrade for 15 points!

See, the Wolf Guard actually don't get the same upgrade.

Wolf Guard pays for 83% chance of successful save (2+ save)

Sanguinary Priest pays for 92% chance of successful save (2+ save and FNP)

Also, when the power sword is accounted for, the TDA is only 20 points, as a power weapon is normally 15 points.

My vote: I wish the guy had a stom bolter, but I'll go with it as-is.
