Requiemnex
So my question is... Seeing as the weapon options for our Seraphim and for our veteran sisters superior are limited (model wise).... I am looking at doing some conversions. I was wondering what other people have done in the past to add bolters or bolt pistols.. I hacked a bolter off my techmarine and was thinking about attaching it to a plasma pistol hand.... I am just trying to think of what loadout I will use more often than not.. I imagine superiors with bolters are probably the way to go then give them the brazier. calypso2ts
Since these are metal they are hard to work with. When I need a superior with a bolter I just invert my color scheme for her and paint her up, braziers I imagine you would just GS onto the model hanging down (maybe off the chain used for the =I= symbol?). The superiors with a sword/plasma I have just been using with the CCW and pistol. The Canoness has a bolt pistol that isnt too hard to swap for her entire arm if you want. She has a holster I believe too so you could throw the book arm or scroll arm on her as well. Requiemnex
Yeah, canoness has a bolt pistol and chainsword that is my Eviscerator so to speak.... The veterans however I havent figured out how I am going to model them. I hate the fact that it is a plasma pistol probably one of the worste choices really. Tonight i am going to try and chop shop one of them and see how it comes out. The braziers i have been using the canoness backpacks for. I also play bretonnia and use their torches for that. Dark Dajin
I'm also looking into converting some models, but would resin casting these models be worth the effort?
