I've made several versions of raptors before, but always with a demonic flair to them. Here's an example of my previous efforts: http://mgc-projects.info/Web_pages/people/Maverike_prime/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/possessed_raptor-01-01.jpg But this time around I want to go for more of a "Marine turned against the Imperium" kind of thing, and less of a "I used to be a marine, now I'm a monster". So I got a box of Chaos Marines, and ordered some turbo-fan style jump packs and different heads. So here's my prototype pair.
