Dark Dajin
I'm wondering how hard it is to chop and combine two predator turrets into a single larger one with 4 lascannon barrels in a row. And how would one attach it to the top of a landraider whilst keeping the swivel functional? Was thinking of using this instead of the two side sponsons. Would it look cool, or would two by two barrels on top of one another look cooler? And how would one chieve this look, without making the turret look too bulky (and keeping the vertical swivel functional) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/215097-chopping-help/ Share on other sites
Tanhausen
The issue would probably be the improved LOS you would get by placing sponsons weapons on a turret on top... don't think people would be very happy with that! Dark Dajin
Not even if it looks really cool? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/215097-chopping-help/#findComment-2562489 Share on other sites
Master of fact
Not even if it looked REALLY cool. Sounds good though! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/215097-chopping-help/#findComment-2562495 Share on other sites
Tanhausen
I've had people whine on me because when I re-buit one of my LRC (ebay stripped), I messed up with the assault cannon and multimelta... People tend to think you're modelling for advantage... so better safe than sorry! BTW, I don't quite like the idea of 4 lasscannons in a row in a turret...doesn't click <_< Not for an assault vehicle... works "ok" for a heavy long range support vehicle (ie Hydra).
