Fluffy Combined Dark Angels Wings?

so i was thinking, would it be fluffy to combine parts from the Greenwing (normal dark angels) with Ravenwing (and maybe Deathwing) working together in an army under an Interrogator Chaplain?

 

the army would look something like this:

 

Interrogator Chaplain Tompheal

 

2/3 Tactical Squads

 

1 assault/vanguard squad

 

6 attack bikes

 

1 Vindicator

 

Anything you could say with regards to fluff would be awesome
