Returning to Blood Angels

Hi guys! The tournaments I play in are 1600pts and the competition is very hardcore. I'm constantly facing very hard rock solid lists. I wanted to have a central theme whilst being able to play against the tougher lists. Suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!
