Kable
I think that looks very well painted for a first time at NMM. Overall great looking model Tankus.

con-fusion
Non-metallic metals. It's a technique for simulating metallic paints without using metallic paints. Done well, it looks more natural than metallics. Done poorly, it looks like strange stone. The mini looks great. The vents on the jump pack are particularly good, and I love the deep shading on the yellow. The sheen on the sword looks a little too uniform, but that might be the picture. igotsmeakabob!!
I looks really great, but I assume you were going for gold and it's a bit too yellow. Maybe try gryphonne sepia? If metallic yellow was the object, you couldn't have done it any better. It's fantastic.
Death Spectre
Overall a nice job for your first attempt, and would be nice to play against. Constructive criticism: 1. The mould lines on the jump pack tubes stand out quite a lot: file or shave them down next time, likewise fill the gap on the side of the jump pack 2. The base could do with a bit of sand or other texture, but the dark brown does complement the yellow/gold 3. The sword needs more gradual blending from light to dark points as you move along the length of the blade. Doing fewer transitions more gradually would probably look better 4. The shield on the chest looks a little bare
