The entire squad can have camo cloaks Codex: Blood Angels pg89, Scouts entry. The entire squad may have jump packs: Codex: Space Marines pg139, Vanguard Veterans entry. The entire squad can have jump packs Codex: Blood Angels pg92, Vanguard Veterans entry. Every model in the squad must be upgraded for any of the models to be upgraded in this manner.
