Mr.Millar
I cooked this guy up a while back and I am currently re-colouring his armor to a nice Dark Angel green. The scythe is from Typhus, just with the left hand removed and the right gauntlet chopped off at the wrist. As always opinions and C&C are welcome <_< . Sorry for the not so good quality of the second picture. http://i770.photobucket.com/albums/xx349/Mr_Millar/SDC11488.jpg http://i770.photobucket.com/albums/xx349/Mr_Millar/SDC11491.jpg http://i770.photobucket.com/albums/xx349/Mr_Millar/SDC11492.jpg

Hellios
If you can use greenstuff or cut little swords off DA bits or make them from plaster card... filedown the blood drops on the pistol and replace them with little swords as that would be much more DA... That would be my one suggestion... Either way it is pretty cool... this is the second model I've seen like this recently... but I think yours is probably better.... certainly more ornate looking. Mr.Millar
@Hellios: I might as well while I re-colour his armor as i have plenty of DA veteran bitz lying around somewhere, thanks for the input :P .

det
Very nice model! I do though second the suggestion of replacing the blood drops with little swords if you can...:P
tiny sam
while the general model look awesome, I'm not a fan of the monoexhaust back pack between the wings, you should try to fit a modified version of the space marines back pack. I did this once of a winged model, by shoping off all the exhaust ( the two big on top and the for small on the bottom.)
Wayward
Nice one!! Good combination of kits. For the swords thing, you want to check the Ravenwing sprue, the sword on the small Ravenwing icons are the easiest to trim off, and there are lots of those on the sprues, you wont miss a couple! :P
FallenLion
thats quite brilliant  my only tip is to drill out the barrels - I know its not meant to a barrel for bullets but still a crevice or something? for authenticity?

Ensis Ferrae
thats quite brilliant  my only tip is to drill out the barrels - I know its not meant to a barrel for bullets but still a crevice or something? for authenticity? I had the same suggestion in mind, but for a slightly different reason.. I have always thought that Plasma ammo was a sort of liquid being shot out of a syringe type of deal, and so a hole that a bullet could fly through would fit qutie nicely. other than drilling a barrel hole, the tear drop thing may be about the only suggestion i have.. its not often that i can see a loyalist with a scythe and see it working well for him. Kronk
It looks great! I like the wings and the Power Scythe. My only suggestion for improvement is drill out your barrels. http://lh4.ggpht.com/_-HZLorI1B0w/TJ_OJEq8FcI/AAAAAAAAMGA/LpE8ERJKg0o/s800/Warhammer%2040k%20drilling%20gun%20barrles%20line%20up%20axis.jpg

WingsOfTheFalcon
Cool mini for DA, are you planning on highlighting the wings at all?
Dan VK
You very successfully achieved the Grim Reaper look. I love how well the Sanguinary Guard wings go with the Dark Angel body. :D
