Sanguinary Priest in TDA

Basically what the title says. What would you use to kitbash a Sanguinary Priest in Terminator Armor? If I read the rules right all you need would be TDA, Power weapon and some kind of chalice to follow WYSIWYG, I would think the surgical tool hand from the PA priests/Apothecaries should be there as well.

 

Has anyone done one already?

I'd say the easiest way out would be taking an AoBR terminator (sarge?), carving out the SB and doing some simple greenstuff of a bowl on top of the fist.

 

You might need to cut and turn the first but not sure.

Technicly, you don't even need a chalice as the 'dex states that each narcethium contains a shard from a shattered chalice.

I'm assuming with it no longer having any in-game benefit, it's not listed in the Priest's wargear. Fluff-wise they do have them since SP's are the BA's apothecaries.

 

EDIT: If you want a Chalice I think the only ones in GW's stuff is either from the new Space Hulk game or kitbashing Corbulo

I've seen a very effective conversion of the Terminator Chaplain model - what you would use for the chalice, however, I have no idea at all.

There is also the Von Carstein vampire Isabella who is holding a chalice, and you could even go as far as modelling a tiny chalice from components from pens and other bits

I would say looking at old Ultramarine 2E codex and they had stuff on TDA Apothecaries. It looked like the Helix went in front of the chapter symbol or below or in the center of the chapter symbol.

Or have a look for brettonain grail knight heads - there was an old style horses head with a good sized grail on top...

I would say to use a basic chalice shape in green stuff or a bit from the Brettonian Knight range (grail knights). The other option is to make a terminator apothecary using the nethacarium bits from the command squad and putting them on the underside of the powerfist or power weapon arm and the back pack bits on the back of the armor. I know White Dwarf did a conversion like this when the Dark Angel book got released back in 2007. If you can find the issue I would say to look at the picture there. I don't know the issue number but its release issue or one or two after.
