Telion, stealth and combat squads

I am intrigued by the new possibilites with Telion and him granting Stealth to a unit of scouts he joins, thanks to the new FAQ. So say I get Telion and 10 sniper scouts and then combat squad them, does telion have to physically be present for a combat squad to get stealth or do both combat squads get it since he is technically still the squad leader?

Only the squad with telion actualy in it will benifit from his stealth. Once combat squaded you have two seperate units, and one cannot benifit from special rules of the other.

Okay, thanks, I guess I will stick with the 10 man squad of snipers as is then.
