Cover save possible on Blood Boil?

My memory says Blood boil is a shooting attack, so cover is possible.

Yes. The way the power is described (making the enemy model's blood boil) I would initially have said that cover saves would not be possible, but according to the Rulebook FaQ models can use cover saves against wounds caused by psychic shooting attacks (not agaisnt "effects" such as morale tests or being forced to move etc.).

Pretty sure the power says "No armor saves allowed", or otherwise disallows specifically armor saves. That means invulns and cover saves work as normal.

Blood Boil specifically disallows armor saves. Other saves are not disallowed either by Blood Boil or normal psychic shooting attacks, so yes Cover saves should be good.
