Brother_Zach
Being short on funds, I painted this up for my kid brother. I gave it to him today, because I knew he would find it. Tell me what you think. http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2010/12/2/160110_sm-Grimnar,%20Logan,%20Space%20Marines,%20Space%20Wolves.JPG http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2010/12/2/160111_sm-Logan%20Grimnar-Rear.JPG http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2010/12/2/160112_sm-Grimnar,%20Logan,%20Power,%20Weapon.JPG Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/216259-logan-grimnar/ Share on other sites
Fire Lord Captain
Not the best photo's to judge the paint job and get a "feel" of the mini, but looks good never-the-less. Dan VK
I agree with Fire Lord Captain. You did a splendid job from what I can see. I like the strong definition on his hair and the wet blending on his axe. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/216259-logan-grimnar/#findComment-2578540 Share on other sites
Brother_Zach
Thanks! May I ask what's wrong with the photos? I think they're by far superior compared to other photos I've taken. I figured the next step would be to make sure I use a tripod next time. The axe actually isn't wet blended, rather I simply fethered on sever shades of blue in a semi-reflective manner until the colors seemed to transition smoothly. MagicMan
I think its just because theres no shot of the model as a whole. Helps to show how everything works together, rather than on its own. Fine work nonetheless. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/216259-logan-grimnar/#findComment-2578596 Share on other sites

Helps to show how everything works together, rather than on its own. Fine work nonetheless. That seems very reasonable. I'll see what I can't do. I need to get some pics of his base as well. and again, thank you :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/216259-logan-grimnar/#findComment-2578606 Share on other sites
