bad buddha
Methinks it's from one of the Empire sets from WFB. Would you kindly tell us about it? it is the head of the empire steam tank comander with added goggles from the scout box. bad buddha
A great start to this army, they are looking very characterful models already! I would stick to calling them Steampunk though as that is the name people will know more. @Lestat - What do you think is the inspiration for Bioshock.. oh wait.. steampunk! I wouldn't say they're truly steampunk though. The Chapter master ertainly exudes Steampunnk, but the terminators themselves are, I would say, more diesel than steam. I also LOVE these marines, by the way. I'm looking forward to power armour! sorry no power armour. i limit myself to 2+ and 4+ for this army. but you never know.... @det, yes these will take to the fields of battle alongside the orky marine dreads and orky land speeders. and yes sakura taisen was a source of inspiration aswell. cheers and thanks for all the possitive feedback. malika666
It's more late steam punk than diesel punk I think. Dieselpunk has a more WWII feel to it. However, the models are very interesting, you do need to work on the feet a bit to make them look more natural. Keep up the good work! Creutzfeldt
Thats some awesome stuff you have there buddah! I particularly like the "gun" part of the thunderfire cannon - it's just so much better than GWs one. So tell me: where did the part original come from? I particularly like the "gun" part of the thunderfire cannon - it's just so much better than GWs one. So tell me: where did the part original come from? it is true heresy.... the gun comes from the stompa kit. i have actually only shortened the barrel abit otherwise it is almost straight out of the box. Machine God
They look very Flash Gordon'esque, they certainly look like the Robot Minions of the Bad Guy from Tom Paris' Holo-Deck series in Voyager.
