Jumppacks are the best way to equip your DC with when using Lemartes, that's from my experience at least. I think that is the most viable and fluffy option for DC, even though they are pretty expensive.

When I used them, they were 4-5 guys and Lemartes, 2 PW in the squad. I field them to kill infantry and that's just what they'll do, maybe one day a dreadnought will walk all over....them. Well, it happens from time to time.

Of course, in a pure mech environment, I would not advise to use them with JP, but I try to avoid these environments, speaking non-tourny games with friends and such. DC perform great and are even more frightening with Lemartes, the bane of every infantry squad I've met so far. Simply devastating.

I hope this was helpful.

lemmie is too good to ignore if you have stormravens.

got stormraven?

taking lemmie, meph or the sanguinor is a good idea.

got 2 stormravens? DEFINATELY take one of those guys and the cheapest is lemmie (210+ for 5 wounds). Being able to upgrade the lemmie option makes him potentially better than meph or the sanguinor.

edit:

Oops, forgot the fun bit, 5+lemmie in a stormraven enables the FOC to let you take a DC dread in the hold. The combo can tie up a flank or if it's infantry heavy, roll it up.
