Honor Guard vs Command Squad vs. Vanguard

Do those points amendments include the Speeder Shadowstalker Grim, they're 60pts each with a multi-melta :rolleyes:.

 

Personally I don't think all three would work, you're lacking enough fire support. One would work well with the proper fire support, but this is because Marines are not an assault army, they're a close shooty army. An assault unit can be essential to keep the enemy off our backs, two at a push, but three means we'll lack too much in shootiness. Perhaps at 2000pts though.

Well i'll make em attack bikes then! they're only 50 points a piece! :)

 

But yeah, marines are an assault army, im doubtful as to how well they could do fighting, but it is possible to field quite a few numbers of assaulting units!
