Element 4 - Chapter Badge (Final) *RESET*

I was contacted by a member that submitted an entry via e-mail because I neglected to include that entry in the polls. I checked and the entry was there within the submission time, so either I goofed and didn't check my e-mail or I didn't give Outlook enough time to download new e-mails. Either way, it was my failure, so I was obligated to give the submission due consideration. In order to avoid any problems, I've created a totally new poll and deleted the previous one, making sure that everyone gets a fair vote. To everyone that has been inconvenienced by having to vote again, and especially to the member whose entry I didn't include originally, my apologies.

In this round you get to vote for two aspects of the Chapter badge using the poll system. The first aspect of the final Chapter badge is the color scheme that will be used; the second aspect of the final Chapter badge is the design of the badge. The two winning aspects will be combined into our final Chapter badge. Members that submitted badges may vote for their own submissions. We could potentially have two winners this time around.

Important note: The poll will determine how the submissions will be combined into our final image.
