Forgeworld Concept - Badab War Raptors Army

I having been looking over the characters in Imperial Armour from the Badab War and have been considering building a Biker List built around Lias Issodon. Here is the concept:

---------------------

LEADERSHIP

*Lias Issodon - Serves as my first HQ and gives all my troops Stealth as a USR instead of Combat tactics. Leads a unit of Sternguard for quick response fires.

*Biker Captain with Relic Blade, MB - Allows me to take Bike Squads as Troops and leads a CC oriented Command Squad.

CORE

*2 x full Biker Space Marine Squads - Armed with 2 melta-guns and MM Attack Bike --> Turbo boost around the table to get a 2++ cover save (thanks to Stealth CHapter Tactics) waiting to seize Objectives and/or shoot targets of oppurtunity

CLOSE COMBAT

*Biker Command Squad with Champion, 4 x LCs, 1 x TH - Turbo-boosts with Biker Captain, charges into CC when necessary... 2++ Cover and FNP keeps it alive until it gets stuck in.

FIRE BASE

*2 x 5 man Devastator Squads with 4 MLs each - Sits in cover (hopefully 3++, due to Stealth) and pops enemy transports while Bikes maneuver

(*5 Man Sternguard Squad with Combi-Meltas riding in a Land Raider Achilles - Rides with Lias Issodon, contests Objectives, jumps out to shoot when needed, provides heavy anti-tank Firepower.

----------------------

All told, should be just about 2000 points. A little outside the box and a FW army (so not viable for most tournaments), but trying to leverage the whole Bikers + Turbo-boost + Stealth = 2++ Cover Save concept.

Any thoughts?

All I see is rules-related content.

As Ecritter has already asked, what does this have to do with the Liber? Are you planning some kind of counts-as where this is going to evolve into the underpinnings for a homebrewed Chapter? If not, you'd probably do better to move along to either the Index Astartes for general discussion or the Tactica Astartes for list building tips.
