NightrawenII
I can 't find a thread for posting DIY chapters, and questions, so If you can please direct me to it. + LIBER ASTARTES + :DIY Chapter Creation (Loyalists and Renegades): Founding:Second Founding. Since 2nd Founding is more or less fleshed out, this is bad idea(or at least frowned upon). Numbers:Slightly more than 200 Battle Brothers. Why? Primarch:(What is a Primarch???) If you don't know, read the articles I send to you. Colors-scheme, well I'm in no way the right guy to say this, but.... it looks like the Space Clown. I have a few questions, first, Can they be a successor of the Grey Knights? No. There is only one successor of GK and this is rather a unique instance. WingsOfTheFalcon
Good luck with the new chapter, I'd probably suggest trying to simplify that colour scheme though, otherwise it will take a lot of work to get any of the marines finished! soddinnutter
Brief History. Emperor created 20 Primarchs, mortal gods. 9 turned to chaos. 9 stayed loyal. 2 were deleted from all official records. The Legions of Space Marines were created from their genetic codes. The Chapters were created when the Legions broke up at the end of the Horus Heresy. There are ~1000 loyal chapters in existence. Most trace it lineage back to one of the 9 loyal Primarchs, although sometimes they have to trace it through other chapters, some have lost their paper-work and one has no Primarch. None of the 9 loyal Primarchs are around any more, some are dead and some are missing and 1 and possibly 2 are in stasis slowly dying. Do not try use the 2 deleted Primarchs. it upsets the wildlife. Change the Second Founding. It's off limits. Unless you are fleshing out one of the GW placeholders. What smashed the Chapter down to 1/5 strength? I like the colour scheme. Distinctive. Valerian
There is only one successor of GK and this is rather a unique instance. Are you sure about that? I'm not aware of any successors to the Grey Knights in official GW canon material. Which Chapter is it and what is your source? Thanks, Valerian Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/217442-imperial-lions/#findComment-2598176 Share on other sites

What would lead him to believe that the Exorcists are successors to the Grey Knights? Well I dunno, maybe the story Headhunted from Heroes of the Space Marines (Anthology)... Edit: Hmm I wonder if Imperial Armour 10 will carry it through though... NightrawenII
Heru Talon is spot on. I haven't read the story, but what I heard, it's implied here. Hence; *this is rather a unique instance.* :D Which color scheme do you prefer? Depends how good painter you are... :P Number one and two are easier to paint, but still quite hard.
