So, here are my Pre-heresy Luna Wolves, 10th Company. I have to say, they aren't as good as Wibble's, but I thought I may as well give them a plug!

The painting's good, white is a tricky colour and you're handling it quite well, and your skin tones are great especially on the Apothecary. My main gripe is that there's nothing pre-Heresy about them. I know that modelling pre-Heresy is expensive and time consuming, but a pre-Heresy Luna Wolves army is something that deserves that extra special care and attention. For all your excellent painting, without anything to make them look pre-Heresy I just can't see them as such. That being said, keep up the good work but show your models a little more care and attention :P

I agree whole-heartedly, I started this project when I was fairly new to the concept of pre-heresy marines, so I'll be sure to add plenty of pre-heresy details to future squads!

Awesome painting man, I like the white you achieved, not too bling bling but not too dirty either. I think they are excellent minis in their own right, although I have to agree that they're not 'pre-heresy' as they're wearing Mark 7 armour. Not a fluff monster but I think they would oonly be wearing up to Mark 5?
