Don't use superglue to assemble him. Use a good two-part epoxy. Mine is still assembled after 6+ years. Njal Stormcaller in Power Armour, old school one from 2nd ed M Calgar in Power Armour, old school one from 2nd ed. Honour Guards in the current Calgar set sold single. There mail order only. Emperor's Scourge
Yeah, Bjorn's always been depicted as a Mk V Dread, but I choose to believe that he'd be honored with a Mk IV chassis. It is, of course, a million times more cool. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/218478-new-bjorn-model/#findComment-2605965 Share on other sites
Max_Dammit
Coolnes has nothing to do with it, the V might be better and stronger and thats what counts ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/218478-new-bjorn-model/#findComment-2606139 Share on other sites
Growler67
It just doesn't feel the same now that "Venerable" has had it's definition, availability and "specialness" factor changed. Iron-Daemon Forge
Njal Stormcaller in Power Armour, old school one from 2nd ed That sounds cool but unfortunately they are not online yet linky None of them will be up right now, but Fri 7th Jan possible as all the models I listed are possible ment for mail order only re-release & are shown in the this month White Dward from what I been told, which will be release on 8th Jan ;) As we already seen the classic Bjorn model :tu: Taeken Posted Yesterday, 08:08 PM Where is this info comming from? I'd like to read up on it The new White Dwarf which is release 8th Jan. I usely came out before Christmas the issue due out for 8th, but this year was held back a little due to the Skaven second wave from what I have been told, wanted the hype of Christmas out of the way first. People who subscibe get there a few days earily. IP Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/218478-new-bjorn-model/#findComment-2606158 Share on other sites

Loki-LaughingDeath
I guess that I am going to have to go out and get some more bits to get Bjorn the right feel. I am disappointed with this. You would think that they would do something to make him more special considering that he is one of the Eldest Dreadnaughts in the chapter. Wow he looks like a Wolf Dreadnaught... ooh....ooh.....let me celebrate. *turns off sarcasm* Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/218478-new-bjorn-model/#findComment-2606479 Share on other sites

hmk17
hmm... old metal Bjorn or the kit bash I was planning with a Venerable Kit and the new plastic Furioso Kit. One allows me to also build a Grey Knights Dread the other is considered a weapon when placed in a sock... Tough choices. Especially since 36 GBP = $56 USD currently. Damn this pewter habit. Torin
Bjorn model was the first model which i bought when i started collecting my wolves since 2nd ed. Its still an awesome looking model. Love the claws.. which other dreadnought dont have. It gives you the venerable look to your minis. Nothing more can be said about the FW dread.. its simply awesome. But the feel of having a pure metal dread cant be describe.. besides being darn heavy..
