The blog is by a French guy of a large scale Grey Knight/Ordo Maleus Inquisitor. It outlined enlarging the torso, waist, legs as well as several other details. I have been searching for the last couple of weeks as it was the inspiration for my Chaos Lord conversion (Ain't that irony).
