[Bigger-than-Jesus]

I, Bigger-Than-Jesus of the other games, vow on the honour of my Legion to paint and present at least a 2500 point Night Lord fleet for BFG on or before the 31st of March, 2011. I promise to provide at least two WIP updates, preferably with pictures, in that time. I vow that if I should fail, I will provide the Librarium with an article and wear the Signature of Shame until my penitence period is done.

Basically I made a new year's resolution to paint up a decent sized force for each of my favourite games, so this log'll cover the BFG and 40k aspects of that, and I'll also toss out ideas and questions here to. The BFG fleet as said in the quote is going to be 2500 points and include a Despoiler, Repulsive, and 8 plastic cruisers that I don't know exactly how I'm gonna build. The 40k stuff is a 1500 point marine force, which will include 3 tactical squads+Rhinos, a predator, 20 scouts, 10 assault marines a dreadnought, and preferably a command squad+captain in a razorback. I'll post up pics of what I have for the marines as well as a colour scheme as soon as I can find the camera/use the marine painter

Bit cheeky, but here's what arrived in the post this morning, 8 plastic cruisers and a despoiler class battleship, which has a lot more metal in it than I thought :mellow:
