Rindaris Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 Forgive the noobish questions, my rulebook is MIA. First, do scout moves occur before or after rolling for steal the initiative? Second, when BA vehicles move in the scout phase, if they move flat out can they still use their smoke launchers? (I know you can normally, but not sure if you go all 18").
