The_son_of_Dorn
Hey all just wondering if there has ever been an instance of a real biological son of the emperor proteced by the illumanati with great psyker powers has ever been inducted into the grey knights? after all the emperor did farther many real children and after all being a son of the emperor must come with a few amazing skills such as raw psyker like power. Do you think its possible one recieved his gene seed, was soul bound to him and was released to keep the enemies of the imperium at bay and act as his own private sword? just a mad theory but would make quite a kick ass book :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/218886-a-grey-knight/ Share on other sites
Eddie Orlock
... after all being a son of the emperor must come with a few amazing skills such as raw psyker like power. ...Per the "Realms of Chaos" books, being an 'Imperial Prince' for lack of a better term, the appointed one escapes me at the moment, did indeed come with a myriad of fantastical powers, including one of the few, and perhaps only, ways of redeeming the tainted. It also indellibly psychically marked the Prince in a completely unmistakable way. Further, these heirs, having been born in a time when the Emperor walked the earth and had enough free time to make love as well as war, are of an age where we could be quite sure that they would be long past adolesence, and thus recruitment eligability, into an astartes chapter. Even one as vaunted as the Grey Knights. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/218886-a-grey-knight/#findComment-2610071 Share on other sites
Inquisitor Fox
I believe the term is Sensei. Those descended from the Emperor and um... "protected" by the Illuminati :teehee: EDIT: Note, most lore terms the Sensei as psychic blanks, however other powers are attributed to them, including the ability to calm warp storms. Several saints (such as Sebastian Thor) were also said to possess these powers. Makes an interesting connection, no? Doomaflatchi
Yeah, "protected" in the same way that a slaughterhouse "protects" a cow. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/218886-a-grey-knight/#findComment-2611765 Share on other sites
