Which of these seems better?

I'm looking at making a two/three wing DA army with the new changes. This was something I'd tried last year and failed to win any games so I went back to vanilla for tournament play, but my DA are ready for action now.

Couple of things I'm trying to work out I thought I'd ask for opinions on.

For a deathstar Terminator Command Squad with Belial and possibly a Terminator Interrogator Chaplain, is it better to deliver them with a LR Crusader, or a Ravenwing homing beacon?

Thanks to FNP and 3++ it seems to me that landing and waiting a turn or two to get into assault isn't going to cost so many casualties. Also I'm a bit worried about only having one LR in my army in a Melta-heavy meta. But are the bikes effective enough as part of the army?

The other thing I was wondering about was which transport for a 5-man Tactical squad? With expensive Razorbacks and cheap Storm Bolters, it made me wonder if it was better to go with Rhino+SB+special weapon firing from the top hatch over the more expensive Razorback?

Any opinions?

As the issue of "no Turbo-Boosting during Scout move" is still not fixed, it's best to taxi them in LRC. I've done enough RW-DW teleport combo in 5E to know that the homing beacon delivery fails at 1500pts, but shines at 2500pts and above.

The homing beacon delivery fails because you are risking both your RW and DW to enemy fire and assault, as I've discovered many times. Taxi them in LRC, and use your RW to assault those melta-shooting enemy units. If you're not fond of RW, Assault Squad works the same.

I have pondered on the same question before, and unfortunately I can't offer you a definitive answer. I guess you'll just have to decide whether you want to engage the enemy at 12" or less, or further away. A 5-men tac squad may only choose flamer, meltagun, or plasma gun (and plasma pistol for the vet. sgt.), and these weapons have 12" range max.

The SB upgrade is good if your meta have lots of infantry, but you should only take it as points filler. Not useful if you only have two Rhinos or less.

As for me, I have two Razorbacks in my triplewing for my two 5-men tac squads, but only because I needed the TLLC upgrade. I keep them in the back line for anti-tank duty, moving 6" at all times.
