FF151
Hey guys, Here are some pics of my recently completed Crimson Fist Dreadnaught Drop Pod from Forge World. I think he looks pretty cool especially when I sit him beside my 4 other completed GW Troop Pods! Below the pics you will find various links. These are short HD Videos through out the project. This model is fairly finicky, really heavy, and susceptible to damage if you are not careful! I hope any tips I provide help someone along the way! http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5007/5361974958_4af9edb003.jpg Dread Drop Pod Closed by ff151, on Flickr http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5284/5361372317_76e610035c.jpg Drea drop pod open by ff151, on Flickr http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5003/5361374831_7f70614fb3.jpg Dred drop pod engine by ff151, on Flickr http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5202/5361993924_b3a8d4654e.jpg Dreads comparison by ff151, on Flickr Here is a HD Video of the finished model here is a progress video after the main parts were airbrushed Here is the first mock up video... Captain Juan Juarez
Youtube is evil :) Good looking Pod though; at first glance my brain said "That paint is too thick.." but apparently my brain is an idiot.
