I have a friend taht says we can and one that says we can't. both claiming that one overrides the other. Codex says no, rule book faq says yes which can i use? If not then it is a general rule to apply to bikes (or maybe more specificly sdpace marine bikes). The Dark Angels codex then specifically states that they cannot. I've seen a number of gaming groups/events that have allowed Ravenwing to turbo-boost when they scout but then they took away things like scoring land speeders.
