Codicier Lucion
I have a question here. What would the Horus Heresy be like if set in a mirror universe? No, I'm not talking about the Dornian Heresy, as fantastic as it is, where the roles of traitors and loyalists were switched. I'm wondering, what if the daemon in First Heretic had been telling the truth? What if the Emperor was a blight upon humanity using it for its own ends. What if, taking if further, the Chaos Gods were benevolent beings and were trying to save the human race while the Emperor was planning to become a tyrant and use them for his own ascension and conquest of the Warp. Does anyone have any idea what the forty first millenium would look like if for the last ten thousand years the roles between good (well, as close to good as 40K gets) and evil had been reversed? Hell, take it further; what if the roles of the C'Tan and Eldar gods had been switched. What the hell would 40K look like as a mirror universe? Lord_Caerolion
You... you mean that isn't the case? What Imperial propaganda have you been reading! Glory to the Chaos Gods, the True Liberators! Death to the False Emperor! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/220122-mirror-heresy/#findComment-2627052 Share on other sites

The idea of good is very subjective, everybody just has their own agenda. The idea of good is very subjective, everybody just has their own agenda. Hence why I stated "about as good as 40K gets. Besides, they're one of the few factions who doesn't summon daemons, have their entire culture based upon torture and lust, endless combat, harvesting all biomatter or killing off all sentient life in existance. Plus their agenda seems mostly to be based upon survival while Chaos seems to be more focused upon being as evil as possible and screwing with mortals at every turn. Call the Imperium less evil if it helps. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/220122-mirror-heresy/#findComment-2628463 Share on other sites
