How far would you take the HH series?

Just wondering how people view the end of the HH series being. Would you finish it at it's climax, the Siege of Terra? Or would you continue to push onwards through the Scouring, the implementation of the Codex Astartes or even further onto the deaths of the remaining Primarchs?
Up to Guilliman writing the Codex Astartes maybe. I wonder if we need something about the founding of the Adeptus Ministorum, leading up to the Age of Apostasy. Covering the things that changed 30k into 40k would be interesting, showing how we get Librarians being allowed to use powers again etc.

In a way, anything after the end of the Siege of Terra would be a big anti-climax. Interesting from an academic, history point of view, but lacking in terms of drama etc. To mix universes, after the end of Return of the King, there must have been lots of things happening, including some decent sized battles, but it would be less interesting than what went before.

There could be a couple of exceptions in the scouring, the Iron Cage incident comes to mind, but really, most of it would fall in that other category.

I'd go all the way to the publishing of the Codex. Anything beyond that needs to be another series. ^_^

I would end it shortly after the Emperor was placed in the Golden Throne. Any thing after i would not call a HH book. That dose not mean i dont want to read about it. I think BL and GW could make a ton of money on Period books like the Iron Cage ect... I would calling them HH books would be off.The Collected Visions book should be a big hint where the HH will end.

I would end it as the Emperor is set within the golden throne, Abaddon takes Horus' body, the traitor legions retreat, and the 3 loyalist reinforcements arrive. So essentially right after the Siege of Terra.

I think the scouring, etc. should be written as an entirely different series.
