I will be doing a seperate thread for the belial. the two heavy weapons terms have magnetic arms and can trade out for TH/SS here is a pic of the assembled squad one has been truned into standard bearer http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v446/earthpig28/DSCF7536.jpg a couple finished models http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v446/earthpig28/DSCF7557.jpg The standard bearer, my first attempt at green stuff robes http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v446/earthpig28/DSCF7571.jpg I decided to kit bash and convert me up an apothecary to go with the squad as well. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v446/earthpig28/DSCF7562.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v446/earthpig28/DSCF7576.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/220249-deathwing/ Share on other sites
Brother Styphus
What an odd rivalry. I would have taken this opportunity to paint the individual bits up nicely, and then construct them with nothing but sticky tac. When it comes time for your first battle, reach over and smash each casualty you cause. It seems you're a nice guy though, so I guess keep up the good work. What color will the robes be? MagicMan
Any chance of a close up on those finished models? The highlighting looks very good, but depth of shade can be just as important, a close up picture might help you gather some C&C. DeepDarkSecret
I think they would like 100% better if there were shadows because you can't make out any of the details. MagicMan
More or less, yeah. ^ I think a thinned wash of Devlan Mud, or just thinned brown ink/paint would really make these models fantastic. It'd settle in all the recesses and make your highlighting pop that much more. I guess it'd just be whether or not you'd want to risk it.. Hah.
