Hi there.

These are the last vehicles I painted for a commission job.

They are made with acrylics and oils.

I never do anything but painting, so please don´t blame for things like non drilled assault cannon.. :o

I like the armour but some of the metal work such as the tracks/guns look really plain compared to the rest of the model and you are obviously pretty good with a brush. It could be that something is lost in the photo or just a preference in painting style... they just seem really and I don't know if this make sense... but 'soft'.

As I said for the most part the armour looks great and the weathering is also very good without going over the top.

Thanks to all for the comments ¡

You are totally right, and the only reason about it its time: I had spent many hours in the other stages (airbrush, oils, scratches that I highlighted one on one, etc) and I had to finish the job before a date. Another sad thing about commission jobs..

Definitely sme smooooth airbrush work, but I have to echo the concerns about how monochromatic they are. Not much to break up the grey/blue tones. Even painting the rivets metallic would help break up the monotony of the paint job.

I understand, but remember this is a commission job. I definitely would have added some Red/Yellow colour to contrast the blue-grey.

In fact its difficult to paint without having that freedom.. ^_^

Very nice! Close ups please?

Sorry but that is impossible: customer has them all.

Very nice looking models!

Did you airbrush the hulls of the tanks? I'm thinking about getting me an airbrush as well, but I don't know where to start looking.

Have any tips for me? :)

Yeah, I used an airbrush. I would buy a cheap one to experiment. Some starting kits are a good option (I bought mine for 90 euros, compressor included).
