Everything is pretty good, but I fear I must quibble the black 'mouthpiece' as the contrast with the yellow is perhaps a little too stark. But overall a heck of a lot better than mine. Siege40k Posted January 27, 2011 Share Posted January 27, 2011 The yellow is great. I would say you should put the boots and hands yellow if you are doing true Imp Fists. If you are doing a successor then go for whatever. I would also suggest a highlight of codex or some other grey to help give the black depth. We dry brushed some bolt gun into the mouth area .. you were right made it look way better :ph34r: Ill get some more picts of the squad this morning... I hated the traditional fists colors, so I do black shoulder trim and black face masks on mine, and it adds ways more contrast. Make it your own dude! Brother-Captain Sharp Posted January 28, 2011 Share Posted January 28, 2011 I'd also suggest putting just a small piece of white paper in your pictures. Then when you upload them, you can use Microsoft Picture Manager to correct the white balance. The option is under Picture->Color->Enhance Color. Click on the white piece of paper, and voila, the colors of your mini as they are supposed to be. It's simple and really worth it.
