their kin
Couldn't find anywhere else this would fit, so... Can anyone point me to sources of pictures where people have painted their space marines with very strong sources of light? And where they didn't rely solely on line highlighting? I'm trying to do something extra for my next army, and can't find many good examples of this. A tutorial/explanation would be especially useful. I understand how NMM works, and have done it. I guess I'd just like to see how people have interpreted techniques simulating matte colors rather than metallic. Any help is much appreciated. Boltergeist
Not quite sure if this is what you had in mind, but it's a good article. In fact, there are TONS of good pointers on this site, and some jaw dropping models: http://massivevoodoo.blogspot.com/2010/08/...work-order.html Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/220839-painting-marine-armor-wo-line-highlighting/#findComment-2637675 Share on other sites
