I present the first of my WiP updates below: Tactical: Assault: Honour Guard: As you can see this is a fairly early stage and I have only finished 1 member of each squad so far. Red is always hard for me to paint and one thing I would recommend is that you use a wash or do some recess shading to add depth to the armor. Are you going to bring the red up to the color of the blood drop on the sarg's shoulder?
