Preferred Enemy, does it stack?

This question mainly concerns black Templars but does have to do with other 40k races.

So, if the rules state that the unit has preferred enemy AND they get a re-roll to hit for another reason does that mean that they can re-roll twice? Example: A black Templars army who has the accept any challenge vow AND charges with a chaplain (litanies of hate).

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Let me add that Preferred Enemy does stack, within the limitations noted by Frosty and GM. In some cases Preferred Enemy is limited to a single race or unit type (Preferred Enemy: Orks or Preferred Enemy: Infantry). So, a unit may be enjoying multiple types of Preferred Enemy bonuses, but would still be limited to a single reroll.

I know that's not exactly what you were asking, but I just wanted to be clear.
