brennus
Well, it is high time that I posted my progress on the LRC for my LPC, PDQ. Here is the present condition of the damnable kit (it's been a bit of a pain in the backside). brennus
My WIP LRC LPC thread continues. The bad news is that I had to take a sick day this week. The good news is that I was able to focus on the model for most of a full day. Sponsons and frag launchers are done! Down to the pintle-mount multi-melta and the assault cannon turret. Then, it will be back to terminators for me. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/221244-tanks-for-the-challenge/#findComment-2655210 Share on other sites

Isiah
I love the green hull and white/bone sides...very nice and contrasty. Look forward to the finished model. Seconded. Very nice bone white there. I love the way you've handled the recesses in such a precise manner, and great additional bling (not too over the top). Looking good :D. Cheers I Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/221244-tanks-for-the-challenge/#findComment-2655835 Share on other sites
RayJ
About the only complaint I have is the guns being on the rear 'doors'. I know some pictures show them this way, but I always have the vision of my units running out and getting shot up by the guns as they assault. Nice work so far! brennus
Thanks for the encouragement! Know what a "shwack" is? It's the sound of me being slapped in the back of the head for trying to paint on Valentine's Day weekend. Shwack!! Spent all day Saturday trying to mix some more of the ivory tone paint that I use. Finally succeeded, but didn't get to work very much before it was suggested that I should leave the painting table for the weekend. I figure that I can get this model done by Friday. Brother Baphomet
Verrry nice job! brennus
Ready for the tabletop! Belial's new taxi: Other views - Front: Left side: Right side: Back: I chose "2" as the armory designation for the tank. According to IA2, numbers 1, 3, and 5 are already in use (Promethius, Standard Godhammer, and Helios patterns). GuruD
Great paint job. The only thing that I think it may need is a little silver for the rivets...? It is just something that makes it a little more real.
