Damion38x Posted February 8, 2011 Share Posted February 8, 2011 okay here we go - as in my introduction i'm currently scratch building a Thunder hawk to take my DA army over 8K points! The plans where kindly made by this gentleman - http://www.4shared.com/dir/2PQOMQdP/Eli_Patoroch.html and my sincere thanks to him for such detailed plans! For most of the fuesalage & wings i used 2-3mm thick Plastic card (sorry have NO IDEA what that translates to in fractions of inches!) and for the detailing I used 1mm thick plasticard Build and plans call for 3 Sub assemblies - Cockpit, Fuesalage & Wings - It started off that way ... but i got so excited I just had to put it all togetehr! lol! Detail is fantastic on the plans but it will take patience to cut and assemble! The plans also calls for the interior of teh bay & cockpit.... in the interest of my sanity i skipped these sections!
