Thornoo1
So I'm waiting for my two stormravens to get here from the US ($52aus instead of $110aus per model) and was wondering if they would suit as flyers in Apocalypse. I have a mostly finished Thunderhawk and reckon that it would be ultra cool to have a Blood Angels flight come in and drop off half a company. So would you feel that there would have to be a price increase in the stormraven to become a flyer or just have it as hover mode. I think the Thunderhawk can fly on and unload it's troops on the turn it arrives iirc. TrentL
In this months White Dwarf they give the stats of flying I'd have to go find it but it had two rules which I'm not familiar with one of which is Hover. Thornoo1
It's good to know GW already thought of it. Hover allows you to move from Flyer (6s to be hit, add 12" to range, must end 36" away fromstart of turn) to normal skimmer rules. The Thunderhawk is an example of a flyer with Hover rules. Anything else you could see? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/222300-stormravens-as-flyers/#findComment-2657337 Share on other sites
