Shiroyama
A couple of threads lately have rekindled my interest in doing more Griffons, I haven't painted any in the best part of twenty years or more but I'm feeling the urge once again. So lets see em chaps and lets see if we can't give the Griffons a more high profile home on the B&C.. yes even the new namby-pamby quartered ones... :tu:  ^_^ Random shots of my Terminators and a foursome of tactical guys that somehow escaped the defence cuts of twenty years ago http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/Steve110.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/Steve109.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/Steve108.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/Steve107.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/Steve111.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/claws.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/chap.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/bigtac2.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/bigtac.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/biglib2.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/biglib.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/bigcapt.jpg http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd272/snowdogs777/Wargames/2xterm.jpg Found a few more pictures. Debauchery101
damn these guys bring back memories of old Rt, 2nd ed, space hulk and such. great job man ! love the old school models. even thoough todays are all more detailed, proportionate and posable, these guys were the first of the great models for 40k. i begged my mom to buy me a squad of the first metal terminators with assault cannon. lol Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/222332-howling-griffons/#findComment-2658067 Share on other sites

Firepower
Yep! in fact it could be more like 25 years ago, I was a fresh faced twenty something when RT first came out, and now look at me :P :D Very very inspirational pieces, you say you painted those 20 years ago? Ahhh so you were one of those accursed people who I wished evil accidents upon as a child, as I sat and poured a pound of paint onto each mini in woeful attempts to match professional level works (I started near the end of 2nd edition around age 12 myself :P ). In retrospect, glad those wishes never came to fruition (as far as I know). Nice minis :tu: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/222332-howling-griffons/#findComment-2658565 Share on other sites
