Electrolytes
So I'm going to paint my next Assault Squad, thing is I'm not 100% happy with the way my old one is painted i can't seem to get a smooth red, my question is if i do it like this will it go on smoother? Spray black -> Mechrite Red -> Brown (vermin or maybe snakebite) -> Blood red -> Highlight Blazing Orange. Will that work? what do you guys do to get a smooth red? Glitch85
I used to have problems with getting a nice coat of blood red but Ive been practising and Im happy with the way Im doing it now. Grey Primer > Mechrite Red > Devlan Mud > Blood Red > Blazing Orange Highlights They key with the blood red Ive found is too do a few thinned down layers, dont put too much on your brush as thats when I found it was going on all un-even, I bought some decent winsor & newton water colour brushes which have helped loads.
