Brother 'Ussell Posted February 19, 2011 Share Posted February 19, 2011 IMO the marine helmets look completly out of place in scouts. The aquilla looks good on the last one but the ammo pouches and holster should be at least a slightly different shade than his pants so it doesn't just blend into each other. Blender Posted February 28, 2011 Author Share Posted February 28, 2011 Thanks for the reply Ussell. I darkened the ammo pouches somewhat. As for the marine helmets, I'm happy they are there. I have no clue how to paint skin, so I just replaced their heads :P Now, the neophytes are practically done. Had to keep sharpening the edges with black, then going over some parts with white. I'm pretty satisfied with the result considering, it was my first successful freehand.
