Firepower
Very nice work indeed. I'm kind of curious what you go about these with. Do you actually have to paint all that white space black by brush? Are you using an airbrush? Etc. I like the book on the front of the pred by the way: "Here, this is all you need to know about the people who are about to blast your head off. Read quickly." NightHunters
Ah yes, now I understand, shoehorn a bane blade engine into a Pred and get Fast Tanks! Genius! And formidable paintjob too!

I like the book on the front of the pred by the way: "Here, this is all you need to know about the people who are about to blast your head off. Read quickly." The text is most likely some Imperial eviction notice which was posted publicly three systems away. "By order of his most Holy Emperor you are hereby given 30 days to vacate the premises... blah, blah, blah." And yes, I hand brush black over the white space for a few reasons. By keeping the coats thin it allows a fast way to create a natural highlight. Also, the direction of the brush stroke lends to the weathering effect (which really don't show up well in the pics). So when I add additional shadows & highlights I already have a head start. That's my latest approach anyway. I'm sure given time I'll have adopted something else. For all my attempts at getting projects done in a timely fashion I'm no speed painter. Thanks for the comments gents. -OMG
OwlandMoonGuy
Ah yes, now I understand, shoehorn a bane blade engine into a Pred and get Fast Tanks! I gather shoehorning LR engines might suffice as well. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/OwlandMoonGuy/Angels%20Sanguine/01-Baal-Rear.jpg Cheers! -OMG

Argon
You might want to cover up those engines, lest a Chosen with a meltagun infiltrate behind your tanks. :whoops: Just a thought. Also, they look awesome. Good job.
Candleshoes
The overcharged engine on that first pred is brilliant, as are the markings on it.
Souitenesse
Your tank is magnificent! And that engine at the rear adds a lot of character to it. No need to mention your excellent painting skills. I always found that the Angels Sanguine were one of the most beautiful SM scheme, with vibrant and powerful colours. Would you mind to take some close shots of it? It is the first time I see such a perfect weathering on black, and I would love to have a closer look at it :) Thank you! Bat33.1
How fo you connect the baneblade decrative back to the tank so that its removable. If you look closely you will see it is two tanks - one is a Baal Predator the other a stock Predator kit. The Baal has the LR engine and an open ammo lid ;) Nice work by the way ;)

And, yes, the other pic is from a Baal Pred I finished some time ago. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/OwlandMoonGuy/Angels%20Sanguine/00-Baal-Front.jpg Just having fun with different ways to illustrate the new take on BA Overcharged/Lucifer(?) engines. Anvil_of_War
Just -wow- ;) The engines are one of those touches that just pushes the whole model over the top. Fantastic Job!
