Dosjetka
In my opinion, the only the assault cannon is a bit too long and the claw too, compared to the art work. Otherwise, looks good, looking forward to seeing more progress  Ludovic Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/223109-bjorn-the-fell-handed-a-space-wolf-dread/#findComment-2667624 Share on other sites
nirvasch
I personally hate those GW assaults, so this is going to be a rather 'Real' gatling gun  Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/223109-bjorn-the-fell-handed-a-space-wolf-dread/#findComment-2667630 Share on other sites
M33TGRINDER
man youre techniques are great dude i just think its slightly off from the pic if thats what youre really trying for. imo that assault cannon tho awesome being huge is scaled too big. i think you could get away with it if maybe you were to make the arms beefier. the ammo box should look like it holds more than 15 rounds for that majorly increased barrel size lol. also in the pic the claw only has 3 blades on his fingers if that makes a deal to ya. these relly are minor critques your technique is great dude. i wish i had the patience and steady hand to cut and file small plas card pieces like you do. btw whats your trick on making rivets/studs. i have yet to come up with an efficient way. nirvasch
Hmm, was intended to look as this, still if it will be too large, it can always be cut down to 70% of the length  Btw http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz273/nirvasch/SW%20dread/xxx.jpg http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz273/nirvasch/SW%20dread/x.jpg http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz273/nirvasch/SW%20dread/xx.jpg http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz273/nirvasch/SW%20dread/v.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/223109-bjorn-the-fell-handed-a-space-wolf-dread/#findComment-2667736 Share on other sites

The_Chaplain
Honestly, I must agree with some of the other posters in this thread. That assault cannon is simply too large for the dreadnought torso- though the feed assembly is gorgeous. I think if you shrank the barrel length down, and made the grouping of the barrels tighter, it would look much better. In fact, the new Gouf Custom gundam kit through the high grade line has a gatling cannon that should be perfect barrel to length ratio. I wish you luck with this project sir. Have you thought of using the new furioso dreadnought's power claw as the bass for the bjorn hand? It's scale is about right for what you seem to be going for. Hezrou
I like this so much. I agree with the others that the barrel appears a tad to long. the central support in the barrel is off set as with the current miniguns. If you shortend the barrel to centralize the support and the moved the support back to align with the original position I think it would do wonders. I'm guessing that would shorten the barrel about 6-8mm The belt feed looks great Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/223109-bjorn-the-fell-handed-a-space-wolf-dread/#findComment-2668010 Share on other sites

Bat33.1
Nice work ;) I will hold fire on criticising the barrel length until you have finished... It just might turn out to be right anyway, besides it's your work not mine and if your happy all power to your file and clippers :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/223109-bjorn-the-fell-handed-a-space-wolf-dread/#findComment-2668118 Share on other sites
