FeralTrigger Posted February 25, 2011 Share Posted February 25, 2011 Hi folks, been a lurker to the forums for some time, its only now I decided to join the forums after me and a few friends talked about coming back to 40k after a good year or so. Any way I decided to go with Space Wolves as I liked the mix of fantasy and sci-fi with them. My main focus is to do a mix of space marine and space wolf kits, mainly due to being inspired by DV8's work. Also my entire army I will try to aim for it to be entirely plastic, mostly because I find it easier to work with than metal. Obviously the backpacks and bolters are not assembled, this was to help paint the mini's and get into the nook and crannies of the mini and be alot more presentable. Speaking of which, my painting style is mostly heavily focused on drybrushing, I tend to find it more prefable as I tend to get a more faded look to my models which I feel is great on the tabletop. Any how, I have a second squad of grey hunters to build and a rhino, also you will notice a furioso blood talon, that was donated to me by the manager of my local GW as he did not have a need for it. So my next purchase is most definantly going to be a dreadnought, but maybe not for sometime till I have painted everything I got first. So enjoy.
